Absolutely top-tier experience from start to finish. My speakers were damaged from previous shop and needed an expert with experience who can repair my audio. I found TGS Audio online and was really glad I came across this shop. The team (I believe their names were Joe, Steven, and Lauren) was very professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about car audio. They helped me choose the perfect setup for my vehicle, and the sound quality now is unreal — crystal clear highs, deep bass, and zero distortion. Installation was clean and fast, and they treated my car like it was their own. Customer service was outstanding the entire time, answering every question I asked and making sure everything was perfect before I left. If you want premium high quality sound, honest pricing, and expert work, this is the place to go. Easily a 5-star shop and I’ll definitely be coming back for future upgrades. I really recommend him. I booked a appointment with him after being recommended by one of our mutual friends, and was in and out in his time frame given. Had a remote start installed on my moms 2018 dodge grand caravan. I wanted a longer range so she can be further away and he added that on for me. Even with the added range, the price was 1/3rd of the price for a dealership, and half the price of other major electronics stores. He provided a warranty and is very pleasant to deal with. If you want something done electrical with cars i would recommend trying him out.

I came in with little to no knowledge on car audio but knew I wanted something. Joe answered all my questions and seemed confident in his responses which gave me confidence that other shops didn’t give me. 10/10 clean, high quality work between him and the other guy he works with. They over delivered and exceeded expectations. Left with a smile and no regrets. Appreciate you guys

Amazing work! Clean, and efficient work done! Didn’t think my car would sound so good but Joe and Steve made it happen with the custom made box and clean install! Definitely one of the most top of the line shops I’ve ever had audio installed! Would highly recommend seeing these guys for all types of customization!
